About Ikaria

Rest. Revitalize. Refresh.

Ikaria…”Where people forget to die.” Ikaria, a Greek island in the Aegean Sea, is known for its ethereal geography and population longevity. As one of the few “Blue Zones” of the world, the people of Ikaria live longer than anywhere else due to their diets, lifestyles, and positive mentalities. Take a page out of their book. Hydrate your way to Ikaria and reap the benefits of rejuvenation!

Meet The Team:

Debra Kilpatrick, RN/Owner

Debra would describe herself as a lover of life. Not just in an appreciative way for the beauty of our earth, but also, and more importantly, for the sacredness that is a human being. She is passionate about people being treated with the utmost decency and respect, especially in their most trying times. For this reason, Debra became a nurse and graduated from Aquinas in 2008, and in her many years of service, her career has led her through dialysis and diabetic patients and in the ICU caring for the critically ill. She’s had the honor to work in IV Therapy, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, and Joint Replacement units and is currently working in the Procedural Care Unit at St. Thomas Midtown taking care of people before and after procedures.

Audrey Frazier, RN-BSN/Owner

Audrey has a deep need to help others. Her happiness comes from being of service to those in need. Audrey graduated from Carson-Newman College in 2007. Being a nurse has given her the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. Audrey’s work with dialysis and diabetic patients and time on Med-Surg units helped her realize her desire to share her medical gifts through teaching, practicing, and serving within the field of nursing. Audrey currently loves her work in the Joint Replacement Recovery Unit at St. Thomas Midtown taking care of patients before and after surgery.
