Semaglutide & Tirzepatide

Semaglutide & Tirzepatide weight management injections are used for weight loss in conjunction with a diet and exercise plan. These injections are delivered beneath the surface of the skin (subcutaneously) for chronic weight management in adults with obesity (BMI >30) or who are overweight (BMI >27) with at least one weight-related condition, including but not limited to high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and/or high cholesterol.

Semaglutide & Tirzepatide mimic a glucagon-like peptide-1 hormone called GLP-1, which slows the movement of food from the stomach into the small intestine, helping to reduce appetite and increase satiety after eating. Additional treatment benefits associated with semaglutide & tirzepatide weight management may include: improved A1C and blood sugar levels by increasing insulin (a hormone that lowers blood sugar levels) and inhibiting glucagon (a hormone that raises blood sugar); improved blood pressure; reduced risk of major adverse cardiovascular events.

Consultation

Our consultation and assessment process has been designed to make it easy and affordable for you!

The consultation with our nursing staff is free and you can schedule that online at your convenience. At your consultation we will go over all of our paperwork, discuss risks and benefits, decide if semaglutide is a right fit for you and answer any questions that you have. We will also get your vital signs and weight.

After your consultation is complete, we will set you up with our Nurse Practitioner who will complete a $60 telehealth assessment at your convenience. Once all of these things are complete, we will get you started on your first month’s dose of semaglutide or tirzepatide.

Injections can be administered weekly by our nursing staff or you have the option to take the medication home and do self injections after you have been fully educated by our nursing staff on proper administration.
